Abstract: The plant growth and endohormone contents of guar(Cyamopsis tetragonoloba L.),which cultivated underlow light intensity stress (30 % natural light intensity)at seedlings stage, blooming and pod formation stage, and seedingstage ,were studied in this experiment for the purpose of elucidating the effects of low light (LL)on guar, concluded thesensitive stage and its physiological responses to shading. The results showed that regardless to any growth stage, low lighttreatments could lead to an increase in elongation growth and chlorophyll contents, and decrease in stem diameter, leafarea and the weight of leaf and plant fresh weight and dry matter.Meanwhile,it also showed that contents of IAA ,GA andCTK were decreasing and contents of ABA were increasing, and the degree of change was different in different growthstages.
