Abstract: Owing to the difference of sexual chromosomes of mammalian male gametes (sperm),X- and Y- bearing sperm were tiny difference in quality or densityTo give prominence to the quality difference between X- and Y- bearing sperm at first,the acrosomes and tails were taken off,then the sperm muclei were centrifuged in the density gradient medium of cesium chloride,and they were separated into two fractions successfully.
