Abstract: Oyster mushroom were cultivated on the cotton seed shell andthe contents of cellulose and he micellulose and the enzymes activities of cellulase andhemicellulase were determined at different stages during the mushroom growth. The resultshave shown that the activities of both enzymes rise from spawn running to the first flushes, aftcr that the enzymes activities reduce repidly. The contents of cellulose and hemicellulose inmedium fall constantly from inoculating.Among this course the speed of degradation ofhemicellulose is faster before button growth, and the speed of degradation of cellulose is quicker after the first flushes.

Key words: Oyster mushroom, Activity of cellulase and hemicellulase, Cellulose Hemicellulose
