Abstract: The Sand Concretion Black Soil is one of the main low yield soils in the plain among Yellow-river,Huai-river and Hai-river.In this area, for wheat, the proper rate of P2O5 was 4-5 kg/mu,N:P2O5=1-2:1.The best applying rate of N and P2O5 was N=6.88 kg/mu,P2O5=4.25kg/mu.The immobile intensity of P2O5 was not serious in soil. The effective applying method of phosphoric fertilizer was all spreading and plowing into the soil or plowing most of it and using some of it as seed fertilizer.

Key words: Sand concretion black soil, Phosphoric effect, The best applying technique, Immobile intensity
