Abstract

Abstract: "The incidence rate of the Subacute ruminal acidosis(SARA) in cow is relatively high,it was because of the Gram negative bacteria(GNB) in the rumen have released a lot of lipopolysaccharide(LPS).After the stimulate of the LPS,it will cause a series of cytokines cascade reaction,and the related milk protein and other substances will have some changes,it has a very bad effect on the milk production.This paper will summarize the changes of the cytokines,milk proteins and ather substances that after the LPS stimulation. "
