Abstract: Ecological factors of groundwater, soil and dust at Huanghua Port Economic Development Zone were researched, the results showed that water table of coastal zone was shallow, water salinity was above 0.5 %, soil salinity was usually above 0.6%, Soil porosity was small, soil bulk density was large, soil organic matter content and available N were Obviously below the normal cultured soil. The salinity of dust was 0.20% -0.32%, dust contained many salts. The ecological factors were in restraint of the growth of green seedlings.
