Abstract: Under normal cultivation conditions, dynamic variation law of six kinds of extraccellular enzyme activitieswhich were relative to cultivation composition was investigated during the whole growth period of Agrocybe chaxinguHuang. The results revealed that five different sources strains were only relative discrepancy of enzyme activities in thesame medium compositions, not the variation law of enzyme activities, there was an active peak following the maturation offruitbodies in each flush for most of the enzymes, and that in general, the enzyme activities increased during myceliumgrowth stage, decreased during fruiting stage, and part of enzymes lost their activities in later period of cultivation.
