Abstract: 28 healthy Mongolia wethers were to used to study effects of 4%Allium mongolicum Regel, three compos-ite oilseeds ( 8%Linseed+2%Sunflower seed+2 %Juteseed),4%Alldum mongoldcum Regel+three compositeoilseeds (4%Alldum mongoldcum Regel+8%Linseed+2 %Sunflower seed+2 %aluteseed)on plasma and hepatic totallipase, hepatic lipase and lipoprotein lipase activity and pancreatic lipase activity in sheep and provide scientific bases forproducing more flag mutton acbpting single factors rancbm experiment design as 4 groups. Results were shown that plas-ma total lipase activity in three adding groups, plasma HL activity in both Alldum mongoldcum Regel+oilseeds andoilseed groups and plasma LPL activity in Alldum mongoldcum Regel+oilseeds were increased significantly(P<0. 05)compared with control group.Tepatic total lipase,HL andLPL activity had no significant effect(P>0. 05),but Pancreat-is lipase activity were increased significantly in three adding groups(P<0. 05).Alldum mongoldcum Regel+oilseedsgroup was best in three adding groups.

Key words: Alldum mongoldcum Regel, Oilseeds, Lipoprotein lipase, Hepatic lipase
