Abstract:
The art icle discussed the effects of N, P and K fertilizer on the Salvia miltiorrhiza root system growth and the nutrient content. This research was studied by the field plot experiment. The result showed that N, P and K fertilizer were advantage to enhance the nutrient absorption of Salvia miltiorrhiza root and increased N, P and K content. And with the amount of fertilizer increasing, the N, P and K content of root also enhanced. When the amount of N, P2O5, and K2O were 225, 180, 225 kgharespectively, the nutrition content of root reached the maximum. When the amount N, P and K were 225, 180, 150 kg/ ha respectively, the dry weight, length and the number of root reached maximum. After that, if the amount of N, P and K fertilizer increased again, the dry weight, the length and the number of root decreased, but the root diameter increased. So,N, P and K were in harmony with each other, it could enhanced the nutrition content, dry weight, the length, the number and diameter.
