Abstract: We have researched distribution of rice blast group and virulence in Ningxia during 2003-2006.The isolates could be classified into three groups, nine races when they assessed with three sets of identify rice cultivars 7 Chinese differential rice cultivars,12 Japanese cultivars with known resistance genes,33 Feilubin internation rice research cultivars with known resistance genes.ZA1,ZC17,ZC7 were predominant isolates.Result of rice blast to 12 Japanese cultivars with known resistance genes showed that 18 pathotypes were founded 637 pathological race was predominant with more discoveried frequency, wide distribution and high virulence frequency.637 pathological race cound virulent most known resistance genes expert Pi-z,P.i-ta,Pi-b genes.ZC17,637 were high concerned in rice production.
