Abstract: Effects of elevated CO2 concentration (550 μmol/mol) on anti-oxidative system during boot stage and flowering time in wheat was researched in open-top chambers. The results showed that the relative electric conductance and MDA content reduced under elevated CO2 concentration, which illuminated the decrease of lipid per-oxidation. Compared the two period, O2 production rate and H2O2 content were higher in flowering time than that of boot stage, but both of them were lower than that of control, which illuminate that elevated CO2concentration decreased the production of active oxygen. The activities of SOD, POD and CAT increased and attained significance level or highly significance level. ASA and Car contents were increasing with the increasing of CO2 concentration, but reduced more or less with the process of bearing time. Ultimately, the biomass and yield added 18% and 14% separately, which showed elevated CO2concentration is beneficial to alleviate the damage of anti-oxidation in spring wheat.
