Two Quantitative Trait Loci for Flowing Time and Their Effect on Agronomic Traits in Soybean

Abstract: A cross of Jidou 12 and nf 58 was made to construct a recombinant inbred line of F9:11population which has 175 progenies as the experimental material. Agenetic linkage map of soybeangenome was constructed,which include 117 markers and covering 1 373. 6 cM. CIM method of QTL Cartographer v2. 5 software and NWIM method of QTL Network 2. 0 were used to identify quantitative trait loci and two QTLs were detected. qFTO-1 were located in the marker interval Satt581 ~ Sat_190 of O linkagegroup,additive value were 2. 49 and 2. 02,favorablegene from nf 58 and the highestgenetic contribution rate is 27. 2%. qFTC2-1 was located in the marker interval Satt557 ~ Sat_251 of C2 linkagegroup,additive value were-3. 50 and-3. 84,favorablegene from Jidou 12 and the highestgenetic contribution rate is 55. 6%. Additive×Additive epistatic effect was existent between the two QTLs. The value is-0.672 8 and the recombinant type is better than the parent. The two QTL effected on yield related
