Abstract:
The mineral nutrients of different cultivars of Lolium multiflorum and Festuca arundinacea were tested in different years, different organs and different harvest times using JSX-3200 fluorescent X-ray element analyzer. The results showed as follows: Each cultivar with high-Mg had a significant high level of Mg and low ratio of K/ (Ca+Mg) compared with other cultivars. Among different harvest times, The plants harvested in May had a low contents of Mg and high ratio of K/ (Ca+Mg). In Lolium multiflorum and Festuca arundinacea the mineral nutrients order was K>Si>Ca>Mg>Na, and Fe>Mn>Zn>Cu. Except Zn was significantly higher in stem, all other 11 elements were higher in leaf than those in stem of Lolium multiflorum. For Festuca arundinacea, the contents of P, Cl, Zn were significantly higher in stem than those in leaf, the other 9 elements were higher in leaf than those in stem.
