Abstract: Seed physiology and chemistry indexes have discrepancy in different ecological districts, in differ- ent planting times, and in different altitudes. The green leaves lasting days have different in different ecological districts, Xinjiang is longer 8-12 days than Shandong, and the green leaf number is more 5-6 pieces than Shandong. The total chlorophyll is increasing with the altitude raising. The ear leaf NR activity is stronger in early planting than in later, different varieties have the same change, the showing is YD22> HO115> Sc704. The enzyme relation to active oxygen metabolism in seed has discrepancy. With the planting time delaying and the height ascending, SOD and MDA activity is increasing, CAT activity is decreasing, POD activity is higher in early planting time and higher height.
