Abstract: In this study, total protein fingerprints of Cucumis sativus and Phaseolus vulgaris in hypocotyl and radicle tissue are analyzed primarily. The results showed that at least 40 protein bands are detected in hypocotyl of Cucumis sativus, and over 50 bands of hypocotyl and 60 bands of radicle of Phaseolus vulgaris were also detected because of more amount of protein in seedling of phaseolus vulgaris. The protein bands detected were clear and stable, and there was consistency between individuals, the degree of denaturation and loss of protein decreased, time needed was shortened and whole results can be drawn.

Key words: Total protein fingerprints, Supersensitive Silver Stain SDS-PAGE, Detection of purity, Cucumis sativur, Phaseolus vulgaris
