Abstract:
The relationship between resistance of immunological rice(IR) seedlings and common rice(CR) seedlings and their physiological and biochemical reactions were studied further to reveal the resistant mechanism of IR seedlings. The results showed that the level of membrane lipid peroxidation of IR seedlings was lower than that of CR seedlings after inoculation, and the lignin content and chlorogenic acid content in IR seedlings were higher than those of CR seedlings, which are the probable reasons that the resistance of IR seedlings to pathogen infection was stronger than that of CR seedlings.
