Abstract: In order to study the immune mechanism of coccidiosis in broilers, observation on the hemcytes, lymphocytes of immune organs and cecum of broilers challenged by E.tenella was made by using the methods of hemphology, histology and histochemistry. The results showed that at the 7th day after inoculation, the lymphocytes in blood, cecum and canecumtonsil of the infected broilers increased significantly;white blood cells, red blood cells and B lymphocytes in blood decreased;T and B lymphocytes in the thymus, spleen and bursa of Fabricius proliferated while T lymphocytes proliferated more significantly;T and B lymphocytes all in cecum and canecum tonsil proliferated significantly.
