Abstract:
The results of the study on the relationship between meteorological factors and water deficit in pear leaf showed that there was significant negative correlation between air humidity and pear leaf water deficit. The path analysis not only proved the influence of air humidity and temperature on pear leaf water deficit, but also fully affirmed the influence of atmospheric pressure on the pear leaf water deficit. The results of multiple step regression analysis were the same with the results of path analysis. The result of analysis on the daily and seasonal variations of the leaf water deficit showed that irrigation in the early and later growth season could reduce the leaf Water deficit, increase leaf photosynthesis and fruit yield.
