Abstract:
After inoculation of winter wheat anther into glass tubes containing 25 to 30 ml agar-solidified C，7medium, about 3 mm lipuid medium was added. This raised the callus induction frequency of winter wheat anthes from 13,94%to 29,95%and the green plant regeneration frequency from calli by 1U.2)%in comparison with culture on solidified media, By this method the number of regenerate」green plants accounted for 10.94%of the inoculated anthers which、-as 2.73 times as much as that by culture‘n solidified medium.
