In addition, phosphatic gypsum shows greater acidity, it can increase the elements of soil nutrient, especially, increases effectiveness of microelement, and also improves the physical property of alkali soil.Application of organic manure can also result in improving the alkaline soil, but the speed is slow. It is less effective to improve the soil through adding sand to it and leaching to dealkalize.
