Effects of Lanthanum，Cerium and Calcium on the Ultrastracture of Potato Sprouts

Abstract

Abstract: The effects of La³⁺，Ce³⁺and Caz+on the ultrastracture of potato sprouts were comparetively studied.The results showed that calcium was the essential element to maintaining the integrity of cell membrane and the structure integral of cell wall and La³⁺ or Ce³⁺ could substitude Ca³⁺ for the effects within a range of time.
