Abstract:
Investigation of seed set of Tal kr phlb gene plants Ae. Variabilis and Tal kr phlb gene plants Ae. triuncialis, and observation of chromosome pairing of F1 plants and success of backcross with Chinese Spring(common wheat) revealed that Tal kr phlb genes could express in the hybrids and Tal kr phlb gene plants can be used in "direct genetic transfer" of desirous genes of Aegilios. At the same time, the results indicated that Tal kr phlb gene plants had great potential in introduction of alien desirous genes of Aegilops to common wheat.
