3种植物生长调节剂对套作大豆氮素 积累、分配及籽粒品质的影响

Effects of Three Plant Growth Regulators on Relay Intercropped-soybean Nitrogen Accumulation,Distribution and Grain Quality

摘要: 为了探究植物生长调节剂对套作大豆籽粒品质的影响,以玉米-大豆套作模式为研究对象,采用二因素裂区设计。主因素为3种大豆品种:贡秋8号、南豆25、桂夏3号;副因素为3种植物生长调节剂:6-苄基腺嘌呤(6-BA)、2-N,N-二乙氨基乙基己酸酯(DTA-6)、烯效唑(S3307),并以喷施等量清水作为对照(CK)。结果显示:R8时期,与CK相比,DTA-6处理显著提高了大豆籽粒的氮素含量与氮素积累量。R6时期,DTA-6处理的叶片氮素积累量增加17.7%~63.1%,茎秆氮素积累量增加7.0%~60.9%;R8时期,DTA-6处理的籽粒氮素积累量增加15.4%~24.9%。喷施调节剂促进了氮素向籽粒的转移与蛋白质合成。R8时期,与CK相比,DTA-6、S3307处理显著提高了南豆25和桂夏3号的大豆籽粒氮素占比;DTA-6处理后的贡秋8号、南豆25、桂夏3号中的籽粒蛋白质总量分别较CK增加45.8%,47.1%,29.0%,蛋脂总量较CK增加42.2%,45.2%,24.0%。喷施植物生长调节剂可改善大豆花荚期叶片氮代谢,促进氮素积累与向荚果分配,提高大豆籽粒蛋白质含量和蛋脂总量,改善大豆籽粒品质,以DTA-6效果最好。

Abstract: In order to explore the effects of plant growth regulators on soybean grain quality in maize-soybean relay strip intercropping system. The experiment was used two-factor split plot design. The main factors were three soybean varieties:Gongqiu 8, Nandou 25 and Guixia 3, the side factors were three plant growth regulators:6-BA (6-Benzylaminopurine), DTA-6 (diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate), and S3307 (uniconazole), and sprayed with equal amount of clear water as control. The results showed that, compared with CK, the nitrogen content and accumulation in soybean grains were significantly increased after spraying DTA-6. At R6 stage, the leaf nitrogen accumulation of Gongqiu 8, Nandou 25 and Guixia 3 treat with DTA-6 was increased by 17.7%-63.1%, as compared with CK. At R6 stage, the stem nitrogen accumulation with DTA-6 was increased by 7.0%-60.9% compared to CK. At R8 stage, the grain nitrogen accumulation with DTA-6 was increased by 15.4%-24.9% compared to CK. Spraying regulators promoted the transfer of nitrogen to grains and protein synthesis. At R8 stage,the proportion of pods dry weight of Nandou 25 and Guixia 3 was significantly increased compared to CK after spraying DTA-6 and S3007. Compared with CK, DTA-6 increased the total protein content of Gongqiu 8, Nandou 25, and Guixia 3 by 45.8%, 47.1% and 29.0%; and the total protein and fat content increased by 42.2%, 45.2% and 24.0%. The application of plant growth regulators could improve nitrogen metabolism of soybean leaves, promote nitrogen accumulation and distribution to pods, increase protein content and total protein and fat content of soybean seeds, and improve the quality of soybean seeds. The most effective treatment was DTA-6.
