玉米雄穗发生发展规律及保护酶活性研究

Study on Morphology and Protective Enzymes of Tassels of Maize

摘要: 以东北黑土区主推玉米品种郑单958和农大364为研究材料,对大田条件下玉米雄穗形态变化、保护酶体系及细胞膜透性进行了比较分析。结果表明:在玉米整个生育期,雄穗形态指标均呈"S"型曲线变化,且其生长发育和播后天数之间符合二次多项式关系。随着玉米生育进程的推进,雄穗细胞膜透性和丙二醛(MDA)含量均呈现不断递增的趋势,在成熟期达最高值。过氧化氢酶(CAT)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性均在散粉期达到最高峰,随后不断下降,其中POD活性降幅不大,说明在散粉期后雄穗主要负责清除活性氧任务的是POD。

Abstract: Zhengdan 958 and Nongda 364 were adopted in this experiment,morphology,protective enzymes and membrane permeability of tassels of maize(Zea maysL.) varieties were comparatively studied under field condition. The results showed that morphology index changed with an " S" curve of shape during the whole growth period,and all the indexes fit a polynomial model. Membrane lipid peroxidation and cell membrane permeability in tassel increased gradually as a whole,and reached its peak value at mature period. Activity of CAT and POD of tassel of two maize genotypes reached peak value at dispersing period and then decreased continuously, lower decline rate was found in POD activity, indicating POD was mainly responsible for scavenging against active oxygen.
