原子荧光法测定小麦中硒含量的研究

Study on the Determination of Selenium in Wheat by Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry

摘要: 以国家标准法GB/T5009.93-2003为基础,以小麦标准物质(GSB-2)、石麦12和冀丰733为试验材料,应用AFS-230E型原子荧光光度计,研究了原子荧光法测定小麦硒的各种影响因素,并对国家标准法测定农产品硒存在的一些缺点进行了改进。结果表明:盐酸浓度、硼氢化钾浓度对测定小麦硒均有一定影响,但改良剂铁氰化钾对测定结果基本没有影响。将国家标准法中硒的预还原方式改进为煮沸20 min,在盐酸浓度20%、硼氢化钾浓度1.5%的条件下,可不加改良剂铁氰化钾测定小麦硒。该法测定小麦硒,准确度和精密度高,可满足实际测试工作的要求。

Abstract: Based on national standard method GB/T5009.93 -2003 ,with the standard material of wheat (GSB -2), Shimai 12 and Jifeng 733 for experimental materials,the various influence factors of determining selenium in wheat byAtomic Fluorescence Spectrometry (AFS -230E)were studied.Some shortcomings of determining selenium in agriculturalproducts by GB/T5009.93 -2003 were improved.Rusults showed that the concentration of hydrochloric acid and hydroborationpotassim on the determination of selenium in wheat had some influence but the imoverpr of potassium ferricyanidedid not basically affect results.And determining selenium in wheat was feasible without improver of potassium ferricyanidewith the consistecy of 20 % hydrochloric acid and 1.5 % hydroboration potassim under the pre -treatment of seleniumwan improved to be boiled 20min.The method could obtain the higher accuracy and precision and meet the need of practicalanalysis.
