根施外源多胺抑制剂MGBG和D-ARG对小麦幼苗抗旱性的影响

Effects of Polyamine Inhibitors MGBG and D-ARG under Root Zone Application on Drought Resistance of Wheat Seedlings

摘要: 在25%PEG-6000模拟干旱胁迫下,使用MGBG(1 mmol/L)、D-ARG(1 mmol/L)、L-ARG(1 mmol/L)处理二叶期的小麦根系72 h,结果表明,MGBG和D-ARG降低叶片相对含水量,增强叶片的膜脂过氧化作用,促进叶片和根系的生长,而L-ARG对叶片的含水量影响不大,促进根系的生长,促进叶片膜脂过氧化作用。这些表明,外源多胺抑制剂MGBG和D-ARG抑制根系多胺的形成不利于叶片水分的维持。

Abstract: Under simulated drought stress with 25% PEG-6000, the roots of wheat seedlings were subjected by MGBG (1 mmol/L), D-ARG (1 mmol/L) and L-ARG (1 mmol/L) at two-leaf stage, the results showed that MGBG and D-ARG reduced the relative water content (RWC) of leaves, increased membrane lipid peroxidation, and stimulated growth of leaves and roots. However, L-ARG affected less on the RWC, enhanced the root growth and stimulated lipid peroxidation. These suggested that endogenous polyamine play an important role in the regulation of RWC of leaves, and more, inhibiting of root polyamine production will be not beneficial to maintain water content in leaves.
