热应激对肉用仔鸡生产性能及生理生化指标的影响

摘要: 将144只28日龄ArborAcres商品肉仔鸡平均分成高温自由采食组,适温自由采食组及适温配对试验组等3组,每组3个重复,每重复16只鸡,饲养在人工气候舱内的层叠式育雏笼中。分别于试验后第0,7和14d称重,每组屠宰8只用于测定。研究结果表明,热应激显著降低肉鸡的采食量、生长速度和饲料转化率,而且对肉鸡生长速度和饲料转化率的影响不完全依赖于采食量的下降。热应激显著提高肉鸡肝脏及血浆中脂质过氧化水平和血浆肌酸激酶水平,降低三碘甲腺原氨酸(T3)及甘油三酯水平。

Abstract: 144 heads of 28-day-old broilers were equally divided into 3 groups. There were 3 replicates in each group and 16 chickens in each replicate. Pair test design was adopted to test the effect of ambient temperature on broilers. One group broilers (22AL) fed ad libitum in neutral thermal environment (ET 21.2 ℃, AT 22 ℃ and RH, 50%), another group broilers (33AL) raised in high effect temperature (ET 35.2 ℃, AT 33 ℃ and RH, 50%) by ad libitum feeding, still another group of broilers (22 PF) raised in neutral thermal but the given feed consumed by 33 AL just before one day. It was found high temperature decreased food intake, and growth rate and feed conversion efficiency in which independ of reduction of food intake. Heat exposure enhanced significantly creatine kinase (ck) and glucose, reduced triiodothyronine (T3) and triglyceride. Independ of decrease of feed intake, high ambient temperature increased TBARS level in liver and plasma of broilers.
