Influence of SLA and Reproductive Hormones on Litter Size

摘要: 对232头经产母猪进行了SLA分型、生殖激素水平和产仔性状测定,其中,D型母猪的产仔性能显著高于其他类型,表明SLA分型可以成为猪繁殖性能的辅助选择遗传标记;在母猪泌乳阶段,促黄体素(LH)雌激素(E2)和孕酮(p4)的水平都较低,在配种阶段,雌激素分泌达到峰值,在怀孕15d时,促黄体素和孕酮的分泌达到峰值;高产、中产和低产母猪在各生理阶段的激素水平差异不显著,难以预测产仔数的多少。

Abstract: Twohundred and thirty-two sows were studied to de termine the influence of SLA and reproductivehormones on litter size.Compared w ith other SLA type sows,type-Dhadhigher reproduction.So SLA type might be used as a genetic marker in reproduction selection.During the lactation,LH,E2 and P4 levels kept low.E2 reached its peak at breeding stage.LH and P4 reached their peaks on the 15th day of pregnancy.LH,E2 and P4 at different stages showed no significant differences amonghigher,middle and lower reproduction sows,which indicated that to predict litter size of sows with difference ofhormone levels was difficult.
