豫州913蛋鸡亲本不同羽色类型对子代雏鸡自别雌雄准确率的影响

Effects of Parent Yuzhou 913 Chicken with Different Colour Types on Feather Autosexing Accuracy Rate of Filial Generation

摘要: 研究结果表明,豫州913蛋鸡不同羽色类型的父本,其子代羽色自别雌雄准确率差异不显着;不同羽色类型的母本,其子代羽色自别雌雄准确率差异显着。其中,不同羽色类型的公鸡与白羽中有大量红锈羽的母鸡交配,后代雏鸡自别雌雄准确率最低(79.3%);不同羽色类型公鸡与纯白羽的母本交配,后代雏鸡羽色自别雌雄准确率最高(93.6%).

Abstract: The effects of parent chickens with different colour types on the feather autosexing accuracy rate of filial generation were studied. The results showed that different colour of male parent has no significant difference effect on feather autosexing accuracy rate of filial generation, while different colour of female parent has significant difference effect. The lowest feather autosexing rate with 79. 3% was met when different colour of cocks crossed with hens in white but mixed with a lot of rust feather, while the highest feather autosexing rate appeared up to 93.6% when different colour of cocks crossed with hens in pure white feather.
