低温对寒富苹果及其亲本叶绿素荧光特性的影响

Effects of Chilling on Chlorophyll Fluorescence Characteristics in Hanfu and Its Parents Plant

摘要: 以寒富苹果及其亲本品种东光、富士为试验材料,通过人工低温处理,对其叶片的几种叶绿素荧光指标以及净光合速率进行了测定。结果表明:随着温度降低,3个品种的初始荧光Fo呈下降趋势,-4℃时急剧上升。可变荧光Fv、最大光化学量子产量(Fv/Fm)及Fv/Fo整体均呈下降趋势。-4℃时各个指标均大幅下降,光合速率Pn明显下降。-4℃低温处理时,Fv,Fv/Fm,Fv/Fo的值东光>寒富>富士,Fo则出现相反的结果,Pn值东光>寒富>富士。处理结束放于24℃下12 h后-4℃处理未恢复到处理前水平,表明-4℃低温对叶片的光合系统造成了严重破坏。

Abstract: By freezing treatment,the chlorophyll fluorescence index were studied in this paper with the leaf of Hanfu apple,Dongguang apple and Fuji apple as materials.The result showed that:as the temperature debased,the Fo of the three breeds were all debased,and rised acuity at-4℃,the Fv,Fv/Fm and Fv/Fo were all debased,and the Fv/Fo of Toko was rised.All of the indexs were debased acuity at-4℃,it showed that the photosynthesis system was destroyed acuity by the chilling.
