特早熟抗病低酚棉花品种选育方法探讨

摘要: 通过对574份试材的综合分析研究及抗病低酚棉花新品种普棉14号的成功培育,认为:①低酚与抗耐)枯萎病不存在遗传负相关,选育抗病低酚棉花的较佳技术路线应该是,有性杂交渗人抗源基因-早代干病圃进行一次自然淘汰和人工定向选择-无病圃和病圃对中选个体进行交替种植选择。②感病的低酚棉品种或无抗源的低酚棉组合后代,若置病圃连续种植和筛选,亦可获得抗病材料,但需时较长,选效亦差。

Abstract: Comprehensive analyses were made on 574 materials and "Jinmian 14",a disease-resistant and low-gossypol content cotton variety, was bred successfully.There was no negative correlation between the low gossypol content and the resistance to the fusarium wilt.The breeding methods were as follows:firstly,incorporated the antigen gene into the cotton by sexual hybridization;secondly,naturally eliminated the susceptible plants in the disease plot and artificially selected low gossypol plant during early generation;thirdly,altenatively selected the favourable plants in disease-free plot and disease plot.Disease-resistant materials could be selected from susceptible varieties or the offspring without antigen continuously cultivated in the disease plot.but it was slow and the selecting effect was not good.
