摘要: 为了探究樱桃谷鸭体内流感病毒的类型和分布,利用亲和免疫组织化学法对樱桃谷鸭呼吸道和消化道2种流感病毒受体SAα2,3-Gal(禽流感病毒受体)和SAα2,6-Gal(人流感病毒受体)的分布进行了检测分析.结果显示,SAα2,3-Gal和SAα2,6-Gal这2种受体在樱桃谷鸭的呼吸道气管、支气管、肺泡表面呈强阳性分布,MAA-Ⅱ标记SAα2,3-Gal受体阳性信号黏膜下腺体也较强,分布相对较多.在消化道2种受体存在不同程度的表达,消化道的直肠SAα2,3-Gal受体阳性信号较强,受体分布较多,而SNA标记呈弱阳性分布,SAα2,6-Gal受体分布较少.提示樱桃谷鸭体内可以同时表达SAα2,3-Gal和SAα2,6-Gal 2种受体,对禽流感病毒和人流感病毒都存在易感的基础.

Abstract: To study the type and distribution of influenza virus receptors in Cherry valley ducks,SAα2,3-Gal and SAα2,6-Gal influenza viruses receptors in respiratory tract and alimentary tract of Cherry valley ducks were investigated by affinity immunohistochemical method in this study.Results showed that there were abundant SAα2,6-Gal and SAα2,3-Gal in the trachea,bronchus,alveolar epithelium cell of Cherry valley duck.But the expression of the two receptors was different in the rectum,SAα2,3-Gal receptor in the rectum showed a high density distribution,while SAα2,6-Gal receptor was slightly lower.In Cherry valley ducks,SAα2,3-Gal and SAα2,6-Gal receptor both could be expressed,these showed that Cherry valley duck was susceptible not only to avian influenza virus but also to human influenza virus.
