雪松叶枯病病原菌及其生物学特性

摘要: 1987~1989年连续3年观察了雪松叶枯病的症状特点,分离培养出致病的病原菌,根据其分生孢子形态,鉴定为柳杉拟盘多毛孢菌[PestalotiopsisCryptomeriae(Cooke)Sun.]该菌分生孢子萌发适温为25~30℃,相对湿度为98%~100%.pH值为4~6.在10%雪松汁液中萌发率最高。在PDA培养基上生长最好,在查彼氏、麦芽糖上生长较好,在甘露糖、黄豆培养基上生长一般,在乳糖上生长差。

Abstract: The symptom of leaf blight of cedar was observed and the germ of the disease was isolated from 1987 to 1989.The pathogen was identified as Pestalotiopsis cryptomeriae(Cooke)Sun.based on the morphology of the conidia.The best condition for conidium germination was 25~30℃ and 98~100% ralative humidity with pH4~6.The germination rate of the conidia was highest in the suspension with 10% cedar leaves.The colony grew best on PDA,better on Czapex's culture and maltose,general on mannose and soybean and worst on lactose.
