高粱无融合生殖及杂种优势的固定研究初报

Preliminary Studies of Apomixis and Fixation of Heterosis in Sorghum

摘要: 通过对高粱兼性无融合生殖系R473与不同材料配合选育Vybrids进行的研究,结果表明,有性生殖材料与兼性无融合生殖材料杂交只是对兼性无融合生殖材料的遗传改良,形不成Vybrids.Vybrids的产生只出现在不同兼性无融合生殖材料间的组合中,不同的组合方式,可提高无融合生殖频率,育成基本不分离的Vybrids.

Abstract: The present paper dealt with breeding vybrids from apomictic line R473 and other materials. The result showed that crossing sexual and faculative apomictic material only improved the latter and vybrids couldn’t be formed| vybrids forms only by crossing different derived faculative apornicts, combining these materials invarious pattern could get high ireqency apomicts and finaly, nearly non-segregated vybrids could be obtained. The methed of breeding vybrids also discussed here.
