摘要: 本研究综合了国内外抗虫研究相关文献,主要介绍了野生稻在抗褐飞虱、白背飞虱与灰飞虱抗虫基因的遗传定位与克隆,以及在常规育种、单个抗虫基因分子标记辅助育种、多个抗性基因聚合育种上的研究进展,并讨论了野生稻优异抗虫基因在水稻遗传育种上存在的问题和发展建议。

关键词: 野生稻, 抗虫基因, 遗传育种

Abstract: In this research,the literatures were reviewed about the insect-resistant breeding in domestic and foreign research,mainly containing the advances of genetic positioning,gene cloning of brown planthopper,white-backed planthopper,and small brown rice planthopper in wild rice resources,conventional breeding,molecular marker assisted breeding of single resistant gene,and multiple resistance genes pyramiding breeding in practice.The problems were also discussed and some suggestions were proposed during the course of rice genetic breeding utilized with wild rice resources.
