摘要: 利用174对SSR引物对4个玉米自交系进行鉴定,详细介绍了一种新的分子标记SSR的操作技术。鉴定结果表明,SSR在玉米染色体上呈随机分布,可以有效地揭示玉米自交系间的遗传差异,追踪亲本遗传物质在后代中的遗传动态。

Abstract: The technique of SSR was introduced in detail through the test of four inbred lines using 137 primer pairs in maize.The results of the application showed that the SSR markers randomly distributed on the chromosomes. It could be used to study the genetic divergence of the inbred lines and the genetic dynamics of parents in pedigree efficiently.
