芒属能源植物种子适宜采收时期研究

Study on Optimal Harvest Time of Seeds of Miscanthus Energy Plant

摘要: 为确定芒属植物种子的适宜采收时期,研究了采收时间对3个芒属植物野生材料与3个芒属植物人工杂交种种子发芽特性的影响,结果表明,采收时间对芒属植物种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、根芽比等影响显著,根据以上指标确定了各材料种子的适宜采收时间,A0104、湘杂芒3号为11月20日,A0107、B0605、湘杂芒1号为12月20日,而湘杂芒2号为1月20日.

Abstract: Effects of harvest time of seeds on seed germination characters of 3 wild materials and 3 artificial hybids of Miscanthus were studied,and the results showed that there were significant effects of harvest time of seeds of Miscanthus on the germination rate,germination potential,germination index and the ratio of root to shoot.The optimal harvest time of seeds of tested materials was determined according to above indexes,that of A0104 and Xiangzamang No.3 was 20th Nov.,that of A0107,B0605 and Xiangzamang No.1 was 20th Dec.,and that of Xiangzamang No.2 was 20th Jan.
