陆地棉抗黄萎病种质资源鉴定与筛选

Screening of Resistance to Verticillium wilt in Gossypium hirsutum L.

摘要: 黄萎病是棉花主要病害之一,鉴定筛选抗性种质为培育抗病品种提供了材料基础。通过318份国内外陆地棉材料的黄萎病鉴定,筛选到5份抗黄萎病材料,144份耐黄萎病材料。国外材料的黄萎病抗性由于国内材料,黄河流棉区的材料黄萎病抗性优于其他棉区。黄萎病病情指数与棉花纤维长度、纤维强度、马克隆值、整齐度指数存在负相关性。

Abstract: Verticillium wilt is one of the most important diseases of cotton. It provides the basic materials for breeding that screens the resistance to verticillium wilt in cotton. Five resistance materials and 144 tollorent materials were gotten after screening 318 lines from all over the world. The forign cultivars showed more resistant to Verticillium wilt than Chinese culitivars. The materials from the yellow river had a better resistance than those from other places. The index of disease showed negative correlation with the micronaire,fiber length , uniformity,strength.
