利用水分亏缺处理鉴定番茄品种抗旱性

Identification on the Drought Resistance of Tomato by Water Deficit

摘要: 为筛选适合高品质、抗旱栽培的番茄品种,选用10个番茄品种(系),于第一穗花后20 d进行水分亏缺处理,并利用隶属函数法对番茄品种进行抗旱性鉴定.结果表明,在水分亏缺处理下,番茄的净光合速率、根干质量、总干质量、平均单株产量降低,果实糖含量、糖酸比增加,各品种的隶属函数值存在差异.根据其隶属函数的平均值得出:品种8属于高抗旱品种,品种5、7属于抗旱品种.

Abstract: To screen the dry resistant species with high quality,the 10 species of tomato were treated with the water deficit on the 20th d after the 1 st cluster,and dry resistance ability was determined by using the average of subordinate function value.The results showed that net photosynthesis rate.root dry weight and total dry weight were de· creased,while soluble sugar contents and sugar/acid radio were increased by the treatment with water deficit.In the meanwhile,the average of subordinate function value Was different among the 10 species of tomato.According to the average of subordinate function value,the 8th was the hi}gh dry resistant specie,and the 5th and 7th were the dry resistant species.
