种植密度和顶端调节剂对烤烟质体色素及其降解产物的影响

摘要: 以烤烟品种吉烟九号(当地主栽品种)为试材,于2008-2009年采用种植密度和顶端调节剂二因素裂区试验设计,研究了种植密度和顶端调节剂(自制)对烤烟质体色素及其降解产物含量的影响。结果表明,种植密度和顶端调节剂及其两者互作对叶绿素和类胡萝卜素及其降解产物均有极显著影响。随着种植密度的减小,叶绿素含量先降低再升高,类胡萝卜素含量先升后降,新植二烯含量递减;顶端调节剂B2处理的类胡萝卜素及其降解产物和新植二烯含量均高于B1和B3处理。综合比较,以种植密度16500株/hm2,配合喷施顶端调节剂B2的烤烟群体结构较合理,烟叶品质较好。

Abstract: During 2008- 2009,a field experiment was employed to study the relationship between chromoplast pfigment and its degraded products in flueured tobacco leaf under plant density and apical regulator (homemade) usingthe tobacco cultivar Jiyan No. 9 (local cultivars) in the Dunhua flueured tobacco producing area. Results showedthat both of the treatments namely planting density and apical regulator and their interactions extremely significantly affected the chlorophyll content the carotenoid and the content of its degradation products in postured tobacco leaf.With the planting density decreasing the chlorophyll content showed the tendency of decreased first and ascend laterthe carotenoid showed an earlier raised and later decreased state,the neoplytadiene decreased;Apical regulator proba-bly enhanced the physiological activity of tobacco plant and promoted the degradation and conversion of chromoplas tpigment.
