NaCl胁迫下不同大豆品种形态学变化的研究

Study on the Genotypes of Soybean Varieties under Different NaCl Concentration Stress

摘要: 以8个河北省优质高产大豆品种为材料,采用组织培养方式进行NaCl胁迫,以幼苗株高、下胚轴长度、根长度为形态学指标,研究不同大豆基因型对NaCl敏感性的差异.结果表明,不同基因型大豆品种对NaCl的耐受性不同,冀豆17号、五星2号、五星3号在NaCl浓度为35 mmol/L时,大豆幼苗株高和根长均受到明显的抑制,并与对照差异显著.

Abstract: In this experiment,using tissue culture approach to study eight high-quality soybean varieties of Hebei for NaCl stress by morphological indexs. The morphological indexs include seedling height,length of hypocotyl and root. The results showed that different genotype had the different NaCl tolerance from the morphology,under NaCl concentration of 35 mmol /L,the seedling height,length of root of Jidou17,Wuxing2 and Wuxing3 were significantly inhibited, a nd significant difference with the control.
