Primary Study on the Screen of the SSR Molecular Markers Associated with Sweet Sorghum

摘要: 利用63对SSR引物对19个甜高粱及11个其他类型的高粱进行了分析。结果表明:这些SSR引物有较高的多态性,90.5%的引物具有2~6条的扩增带,有6对SSR引物的扩增带与甜高粱有关。

Abstract: Sixty-three pair of primers were adopted to amplify 19 sweet sorghums and 11 other kind of sorghums.Result showed that more polymorphic was existed in these sorghums and 90.5% of the primers had 2 to 6 bands amplification.6 bands of SSRs were associated with sweet sorghum.
