摘要： 对9个杂交组合190余株杂种后代的花色、花瓣数、花冠直径、萼片数、始花期、花期长短等外部性状进行了调查。结果表明,桃花色受2对等位基因控制,粉色、红色、白色花的基因型分别为R_W_、rrW_和_ww;重瓣为1对隐性基因控制,单复瓣的遗传特性不是简单的质量性状遗传。花冠直径、始花期、花期长短呈数量性状遗传,它们的狭义遗传力分别为0.76,0.73,0.95。花瓣数与萼片数、始花期、花冠直径均有极显著相关性,其相关系数分别达到0.882,0.576和0.513;重瓣花具有10片萼片,单瓣和复瓣花的萼片数一般为5片。

Abstract: The color of flower,quantity of petals and sepals,corolla diameter,blooming date and flowering period of about 190 progenies of total 9 families were investigated.The results showed that the color of flower was controlled by 2 allelic genes.The genotypes of pink,red and white flowered phenotype of peach were R_W_,rrW_ and _ww respectively.Multiple-flower were controlled by a recessive gene.Inheritance traits of simple-flower and double-flower were not simple qualitative inheritance traits.Corolla diameter,blooming date and flowering period were quantitative inheritance traits,their inheritability were 0.76,0.73 and 0.95 respectively.There were some correlation between quantity of petals and sepals(r=0.882),quantity of petals and blooming date(r=0.576),quantity of petals and corolla diameter(r=0.513).Multiple-flower has 10 sepals while simple-,double-flower always has 5 ones.
