AM真菌对河北道地药材白芷质量的影响

Effects of AM Fungi on the Quality of Trueborn Angelica dahurica from Hebei Province

摘要: 在盆栽条件下,对白芷分别接种Beg180、Beg193和白芷土著AM真菌,研究了不同AM真菌对白芷质量的影响。结果表明:接种Beg180、Beg193和白芷土著AM真菌,均可提高白芷叶片中总香豆素含量;接种Beg180和Beg193均提高白芷叶柄中的总香豆素含量,且Beg193的效果更为明显,但接种土著菌可明显降低白芷叶柄中的总香豆素含量;接种Beg193显著提高白芷根中的总香豆素含量和欧前胡素含量。对于白芷根部外部形态的影响,尤以土著菌最为显著。

Abstract: The effects of AM fungi on the quality of Angelica dahurica inoculated Beg180, Beg193 and nat ive AMfungi by pot culture were investigated.The results showed: the total coumains content in the leaves was promoted after inoculatingBeg180, Beg193 and nat ive AM fungi; the total coumains content in the petiole increased by inoculating Beg180and Beg193, and the effect was more dist inct under the condition of inoculat ing Beg193, but the total coumains content inthe petiole decreased by inoculating native AM fungi; the total coumains content and the imperarorin content were promotedsignificantly after inoculating Beg193.As for the external configuration of Angelica dahurica roots, the effect of the nativefungi was the most significant.
