玉米弯孢菌叶斑病菌致病性分化的等位酶及蛋白分析

摘要: 利用同功酶电泳技术对采自国内的23个玉米弯孢叶斑病菌菌株进行可溶性蛋白以及SOD、EST、PPO、MDH、POD等酶系分析,发现不同菌株间存在差异;对菌株进行聚类分析,结果表明,在连锁距离0.36上将所有菌株聚合在一起,大致可以分成7个组,与病菌致病性分组有些一致或相近,但也有些不同或关系不密切。

Abstract: The analysis of the dissolubility albumen,SOD,EST,PPO,MDH,POD for 23 corn Curvularia lunataplucked from domestic was obtained by the isoenzyme electrophoresis technique.The results show that there is much differenceamong different fungus.The findings obtained by cluster analysis on these fungus show that the fungus may generallybe divided into 7 series when they get together by all stems on 0.36 to the stem in the linked together.
