大豆不同抗性品种细胞色素氧化酶与抗虫性关系的研究

Study on Cytochrome-oxidase and Insects Resistance of Soybean with Different Resistance

摘要: 文章对不同抗性的大豆品种的细胞色素氧化酶(Cyt)进行了研究。结果表明:入荚盛期抗虫品种的细胞色素氧化酶(Cyt)酶谱总扫描活力小于感虫品种,Cyt 同工酶酶谱中 Rf 为0.39和0.51的E7、E10谱带与虫食率关联度最大;而且感虫品种存在 Rf=0.65的 Cyt 特征谱带。

Abstract: Study on isozyme of soybean with different resistant insect indicated:resistant-insect varieties are lower than ineffective ones in generalsanning activity of the zymogram of Cytochrome-oxidase(Cyt)dureing rush time E7 band(Rf=0.39)and E10 band(Rf=0.51)in Cyt isozyme were related highly to wermiculous rate of soybean,The ineffective variety possesses such special bands as Rf0.65 Cyt.
