内蒙古2种菜蝽酯酶同工酶比较研究

Studies on EST Isozyme of Two Species in Eurydema from Inner Mongolia

摘要: 采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术对内蒙古新疆菜蝽(Eurydema maracandicum Oshanin)、巴楚菜蝽(Eurydema wilkinsi Distant)2个种以及同种内不同种群、不同性别、个体间EST同工酶进行比较研究。结果表明,2种菜蝽的EST同工酶谱中均有各自的特征酶带。聚类图显示,2种菜蝽同种内不同种群、不同个体、性别间存在差异,且性别差异大于个体差异,但小于种间差异。

Abstract: Using vertical slab polycrylamide electrophoretic,EST isozyme of different population,individuals and sexes of two species in Eurydema from Inner Mongolia were studied.The results showed that the different species has its own distinct zymograms.And the clustering analysis indicated that there are considerable differences among the two species.Different population,individuals and sexes of the same species exist varities,and sexes differences are bigger than individuals varities,but smaller than that in species level.
