摘要/Abstract

摘要： 采用PCR-SSCP技术分别对80头健康和隐性乳房炎奶牛的IL-8受体基因、乳铁蛋白基因进行了多态性检测,并与相对应的奶牛乳汁中的体细胞数进行了相关分析,结果表明,两者都与奶牛隐性乳房炎存在关联;在IL-8受体CXCR1基因PCR-SSCP分析中,SSCP5、SSCP7在健康奶牛个体中出现程度较高,说明个体对隐性乳房炎表现较好的抗性;在乳铁蛋白基因5′调控区的不同基因型中,SSCP1对奶牛隐性乳房炎有很好的抗性。

Abstract: The IL-8R gene and Lactoferrin gene polymorphisms of 80 healthy and subclinical mastitics -dairy cowswere detected respectively by PCR -SSCP technique,the somatic cells in the milk were counted.The results showed thatthe 2 genes polymorphisms have a certain relationship with the subclinical mastitics,genetypes SSCP -5 and genetypesSSCP -7 of IL -8R CXCR1 with high frequency in the healthy individual dairy cows indicated that they performed arather good resistance to subclinical -mastitics, so was genetypes SSCP -1 in lactoferrin gene 5'regulatory region.
