花生品种间净光合速率的配合力分析

Combining Ability of Net Photosynthesis Rate in Different Peanut Cultivar

摘要: 比较不同类型花生品种间净光合速率的差异并进行遗传分析。选用8个品种作为亲本,其中包括两个龙生型品种A596和荔浦大花生,四个栽培大花生品种丰花1号、丰花3号、丰花5号及鲁花11,两个小花生品种白沙1016和丰花2号。采用GriffingⅡ的试验设计配制28个杂交组合,在结荚后期测定8个亲本及28个F1群体的光合速率并对其进行配合力分析。龙生型品种的净光合速率最高,如A596达到22.45μmol/(m2.s),栽培大花生其次,小花生最低,白沙1016的净光合速率仅为16.08μmol/(m2.s);亲本净光合速率的一般配合力效应和不同杂交组合的特殊配合力效应差异均较大;龙生型亲本的一般配合力大,小花生品种亲本的一般配合力小;丰花5号与荔浦大花生杂交组合的特殊配合力最大,达到2.893 3,而丰花1号与荔浦大花生杂交组合的特殊配合力最小,仅为-3.276 7;亲本的一般配合力效应与亲本净光合速率成显著性正相关,而特殊配合力效应与双亲均成负相关。配合力是选育强光合杂交花生品种的重要参数。

Abstract: Comparing of net photosynthesis rate between different types of peanut and giving genet ic analysis of netphotosynthesis rate. Eight varieties were selected as the parents, includeding two dragon type of peanut: A596 and lipupeanut,four cultivar big- fruit type peanut: Fenghua1, Fenghua3, Fenghua5 and Luhua11, two small- fruit type peanut:Baisha1016 and Fenghua2.Twenty- eight cross combinations were prepared by Griffing ??, determining their net photosynthesisrate and analysising their combing ability on pod- setting stage. As the results denote that the highest net photosynthesisrate is A596 ( 22. 45 ??mol/ ( m2?? s) ),then is the cult ivar Big - fruit Type peanut,and the lowest one isbaisha1016( 16. 08 ??mol/ ( m2??s) ) ; there are relatively large differences in general combining ability effects of the parentsfor net photosynthesis rate and in special combining ability effects of hybrids for net photosynthesis rate; there arerelatively large GCA effects in dragon type of peanut parents but relat ively less GCA effects in small- fruit type cultivarpeanut parents; the highest special combining is the cross combination of fenghua5 and lipu peanut( 2. 893 3) and thelowest one is the cross combinat ion of fenghua1 and lipu peanut( - 3. 276 7) ; general combining ability effects of the parentswas very significant positive correlation with the net photosynthesis rate, but special combining ability effects werenegative correlation with the net photosynthesis rate. The combining ability is important parameter of breeding on highphotosynthesis hybrid peanut varieties.
