摘要: 利用拮抗试验和RAPD方法对不同白色金针菇栽培菌株进行鉴别,结果表明两种方法得到了一致的结论,将8个菌株分为五类:金白1号、白15、147、玉山Fy 4个菌株各为一类,金针菇(合肥)、金针菇(分P)、金针菇(A2)、金针菇(天)属于第五类。因此认为在食用菌菌种的鉴别中,应用拮抗试验对供试菌株进行初步筛选是必要的,可以减少工作量和盲目性,为进一步的研究提供依据 同时RAPD方法从分子方面提供了强有力的鉴别技术,进而通过系统的综合分析,为遗传学研究和育种提供依据。

Abstract: Identification research among 8 white cultivated strains of Flammulina velutipes were analyzed by antago-nistic test and RAPD,respectively. The results showed that the two methods got the same conclusion,and 8 strains couldbe divided into five groups:Jinbai Nol,Bai15,147,Yushan belonged to different groups,respectively;F. velutipesHefei,F. velutipes P,F. velutdpes A2,F. velutdpes Tian belonged to the fifth gnup.Therefore,in order to reduce theworkload and blindness,and to provide a basis for further research,it is necessary to utilize antagonistic test for a prelimi-nary screening on tested strains in the identification of edible fungi strains. RAPD was also effective for the classificationof strains,Its results could be comprehensively analyzed for providing the basis in genetics research and mushroom breeding
